Ahhh!!!! Snow! Isn't God GOOD???

This cold weather has gotten me thinking about snow, which in turn has gotten me thinking about skiing, which in turn inspired me to whip out my cross country skiing earrings this morning (yes, it's true, I do have a pair that I got from a XC ski festival thingy)

By the way... (a chance for me to add a little plug for XC skiing) if anyone wants to learn how to cross country ski this winter, lets go! Although... as we are out in the boondocks and dusk is settling over the mountain, and you are hyperventilating from fatigue and that hooty owl in a nearby tree, you'll probably decide that you are mad at for lying to you about how much fun xc skiing is and that iI drug you out into the wilderness, and your resourcefulness will cause you to think up a wildly brilliant use of your pointy-ended ski poles besides skiing with, so... but in all seriousness, it is a great way to enjoy the beautiful outdoors that God has created for us.
